Who killed JFK?

For the 50th anniversary of the assassination of President John F. Kennedy in Dallas, Josh and Chuck delve into the killing, the investigations and the conspiracy theories to get to the bottom of an enduring national question.

A group of four kids coming home from the bars near my neighborhood last weekend were held up by some other kids, one of whom had a gun. While three (including two girls) were pistol whipped, one was shot in the knee or kneecapped in other parlance. I was running a search for news of the shooting, which soon turned into an investigation of the custom and effects of kneecapping.

I learned recently that because of the terrible economy, the incidents of bodies going unclaimed at municipal morgues has doubled in some places. Families down on their luck and faced with a choice of purchasing SPAM and eggs or burying a recently deceased relative are opting for the former over the latter in increasing frequency. The corpses are piling up in ample enough supply that even the beloved body farm at the University of Tennessee (boooo!) began turning down cadaver donations, as its three acres are now packed to the fences with dead bodies.
