Other houses designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, like Taliesin and Falling Water, get all the attention -- and tourists. For a FLW house that's off the beaten path with tours that are a little more laid back, head to Alabama, where, in the middle of a neighborhood in Florence, you will find a preserved house in Wright's Usonian style. The Rosenbaum House, as it's called after the family who commissioned it, was built in 1940 and the group that maintain it, Wright in Alabama, have done a masterful job of preserving it, it's also the kind of tour where you might feel more comfortable pretending to cook using the original stove in the home's kitchen.
